IIBP is partnering with more than 20 Industrial-Organizational psychology societies worldwide to bring members free entry to the second Global Work and Organizational Psychology (G-WOP) conference, a 24-hour virtual gathering built around connection, reflection and shared learning across the field.
As the world of work changes, I-O psychology professionals face new challenges and new openings to collaborate. G-WOP brings the field together across borders, time zones and career stages to listen, learn and support one another.
The conference runs as a single 24-hour virtual stream, opening September 17, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. IST (12:00 p.m. UTC) and closing September 18, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. IST (12:00 p.m. UTC). Sessions span every time zone, and full recordings will be available to members afterward.

Registering through IIBP
Registration is free for all active Accredited Corporate Members, Certified Professional Members, Associate Members and Student Members of IIBP. For anyone holding the IIBP well-wisher membership would have to upgrade to any of the aforementioned membership types to gain access to the conference.
