The committees of the Indian Institute of Business Psychology (IIBP) serve as independent standard-setting and accreditation authorities, responsible for defining, evaluating, and upholding the scientific, ethical, and professional benchmarks for psychology-based practices in business.
The Indian Institute of Business Psychology (IIBP) is an independent, not-for-profit accrediting body that establishes and enforces standards for psychology-based products, services, and practices in organizational contexts. IIBP maintains complete independence from commercial service provision, ensuring objectivity and eliminating conflicts of interest in its accreditation processes.
To operationalise this mandate, IIBP functions through specialised committees that act as domain authorities. Each committee is responsible for developing standards, evaluating submissions, and ensuring compliance with defined benchmarks of scientific validity, methodological rigor, ethical integrity, and practical relevance.
Collectively, these committees form the governance backbone of IIBP’s accreditation ecosystem, ensuring that all accredited entities meet consistently high and independently verified standards.
