In order to allow for further knowledge and discussion, we conduct a 15-minute question and answer session with our guest speaker. In this case, there were a lot of curious minds willing to interact with Dr. Rao and it was divided into two portions within the conducted webinar. we highly encourage you not to overlook these sections of the talk, as many questions are those that are frequently asked and could clear any doubts remaining in your mind as well.
The first round is one that was conducted in between the webinar, which is why more questions were asked related to the purpose, theme and conduction of the assessment. This included queries about using parallel types of assessment, how to use the test to identify high potential talent, building a culture without apprehension around the feedback method, etc.
While the second round of question and answers are shorter and were a part of the concluding presentation and have a more overall look at the presentation, assessment method and how to benefit from it. It included questions based on the number of participants required, leadership positions, the scale used to measure the results of this test, etc.
