Refund Policy

This refund policy must be read with the user agreement. This policy aims at summerizing only the points related to refund and will override any refund related clauses mentioned in user agreement. As a user, your usage of this website and its services includes your acceptance of this policy.

General Principles

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support address: info@iibp.org.in. Requests should clearly mention the customer’s name, the service purchased, the invoice or order number, the purchase date and the reason for requesting a refund. Once a request is received, an acknowledgment will be sent within two business days and a decision will be communicated within five business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within ten business days using the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.

Online Tests and Reports

There will not be any refund or downloaded reports as they are ‘irreversible commodities’.

Membership

Refunds for membership plans are available only if the request is made within seven days of purchase and before any membership benefits have been accessed. In such cases, the member is entitled to a full refund (minus the payment gateway charges). Once the seven-day period has passed or if membership benefits have already been used, the fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

Accreditation Services

For accreditation services, such as psychometric test reviews and service provider listings, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. If a refund request is submitted before any review or listing work has commenced, a full refund will be provided after deducting a nominal processing fee. However, once the review or accreditation process has begun, the service is considered delivered, and fees are non-refundable.

Online Subscription to Training Programs

We will refund 100% of the amount (minus administration charges as levied by the payment gateway) if you are not satisfied with the quality of our online training and certification programs. The request for such refund must be presented within 7 days of joining the course. For in-person workshops or coaching services, cancellations made fourteen or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations made between seven and thirteen days in advance qualify for a fifty percent refund, while those made less than seven days before the scheduled date or in cases of non-attendance are non-refundable.

Online Counseling Sessions

Anytime during the session, a user can ask for refund if he/she is not satisfied with the services. The complete amount for all the remaining sessions (including the session in which the refund was asked) will be refunded to the user without asking any questions.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of a medical emergency, death in the family or force majeure situations such as natural disasters or government restrictions, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required and partial or full refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of IIBP. Additionally, if a session, course or service cannot be delivered due to technical issues from IIBP’s side, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit transfer to another available service.

Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must email info@iibp.org.in with their full name, contact details, order or invoice number, the type of service purchased, the purchase date and the reason for requesting the refund. Any supporting documents should also be attached, if applicable. Our team will acknowledge receipt of the request within two business days, review the case and provide a decision within five business days. Approved refunds will be processed within ten to fourteen business days, while declined requests will be explained and alternative options such as rescheduling, credit transfers or partial refunds may be offered.

IIBP reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in services, regulations, or organisational practices. The latest version of this policy will always be published on our official website, with the effective date clearly mentioned.
