Level-1 certification aims at creating qualified and competent Psychometric Test Administrator for all kinds of ability testing.

After completing this course, the participant is supposed to demonstrate the following:

1. Understanding of psychometric principles behind ability tests.
2. Basic understanding and familiarity with different tools and techniques used to measure cognitive abilities, knowledge, skills and general abilities.
3. Awareness about evaluating the quality of assessment tool based on the information provided in the test manuals.
4. Understanding and proper use of key statistical concepts used in testing.
5. Awareness about the ethical and professional standards in using tests in occupational / Professional environment.

Level-2 certification aims at creating qualified and competent psychometric test administrators for all kind of personality tests.

After completing this course, the participant is supposed to demonstrate the following:

1. All the level-1 knowledge, skills and competence.
2. In depth understanding of  different tools and techniques used in assessing different aspects of personality, occupational interest, values and behavioural competencies.
3. Skills in administering and interpreting trait and type theory based personality assessment tools.
4. Skills and competence in matching the tools with the competencies.
5. Deep understanding of ethical and professional standards in using tests in occupational settings.
