In April 2020, Dr. Anamika Sharma was formally appointed as “Vice-President & Head, Committee for Accreditation of Psychometric Testing.” This marks a landmark day in IIBP’s history, as we strive to build a community of business psychologists & those interested in the study of business psychology.

Dr. Anamika Sharma practices as a psychologist, executive coach, targeted behaviour coach & is a certified Hogan assessments practitioner with 18 years of consulting experience. In these 18 years Dr. Sharma has worked closely with more than 400 strategic accounts. 

Her experience in talent management & strategy roadmap, organisation design & development, talent assessment, development & retention, behavioural change management and effective strategy & analytics have been key features of her contributions to the field. Dr. Sharma has also undertaken coaching, mentoring & counselling initiatives for stakeholders at different phases of the business.
